Shy lurker here...I like your new story very much, even if Shrew is my least favorite Shakespeare play. :)

Lucius sure was an idiot when it came to that room. If he wants to win his wife's affections he'd better wipe the word "mudblood" from his vocabulary. It's nice to see he is capable of being tender and that he's not a rapist. I want to know what his and Severus' agenda is!

I was wondering when it was going to hit him that the room was not the best choice. He really was quite sweet with her, though. I can't wait to hear the plan. Sigh. If Hermione is scared, I'll trade places with her. Lucius in my bed? Yum.

What the heck was Lucius thinking to bring her to The Manor right into the drawing room where she was tortured. How could he be so totally clueless? Poor Hermione, how traumatizing. at least he was gentle and caring towards her afterwards (it's the very least he could do, the big jerk!).

My delight at seeing another storing with this pairing written by you is dampened only by the fact that you're just beginning to post it. At least I know I am in good hands, and the promise of a complicated setup and Severus Snape's interference makes it all the better. But of course with you writing I know I am guaranteed plenty of delightful dialogue and great descriptions.

To give a more detailed "review" and not just thanks for being you and contributing to the entertainment of the rest of us, I'm completely tickled by the way you have them tweaking each other's secret fears, in both funny and touching ways. All the better to encourage greater intimacy in the future, I suppose, though of course that will have to come with time and trust. I especially love the way you get inside Lucius's head, balancing his pomposity with his insecurities and regrets. And I'm looking forward to an explanation of those pyjamas!

What was Lucius thinking to have brought her back to that section of his house! I do have to say though, he was adorable as he took care of her. That moment convinced me that they're going to be wonderful together. And lol, her waking up fondling him was just as good as any wedding night! I laughed when she considered trying to get the marriage annulled by convincing the government he was too big for her :)

Oh, I am thinking that the idea is not so ludicrous!! Hehe! Am off to read chapter 3 now.........

I'm seriously going crazy trying to figure out exactly WHAT it is that Lucius and Severus have up their sleeves. Those crafty sexy men. A year of Lucius sex huh? No offense to Hermione, but I don't see her holding out for too long with the "I hate Lucius" mantra. lol Fantastic update, I can't wait for more! Thanks for the well wishes, I'm getting better, slowly but surely. =D
