This is such an awesome story! I love museums, paintings, the lourve (spelling?) and Turner! although my magical moments were at the former de Young Museum in San Francisco...I would go and fall in love with Tropical Moonlight and the rest of the room dedicated to Church (landscape artist). The new de Young is fantastic, but when I went only saw a couple of Church's pieces. Need to go again!!! Also studied Turner in electives (Humanities courses mostly) and love his work so much! Like the London fire pieces...beautiful, then you see the tragedy, and you like to watch!!! His "self" looking at you in one in particular...can't wait for more of your writing! And Draco watching Hermione...perfect! More than the awesome conditions he gave her! I hope he paints a bunch without her knowing...dedicating a collection to her? that would be sweet and sooo romantic!

I can't wait for Draco to ask for his conditions to be met! I am very impatient. I am glad you included that link because I was going to look up that picture anyway. I looked at it and I even looked at other links to it, but I still can't make out the slaves in the water!

I have seen the Turner, and you describe it beautifully. I've often pictured him painting it, his anger, shame and revulsion driving the brush across the canvas in a fury of disenchanted rage. In case you can't tell, I did like the new chapter.

Oh...sigh. Much to short. This is an interesting obsessed Draco....love his slight darkness. Wonderful art detail, and she's so on edge. UST is just wonderful.

I'm not very keen on the art scene and I'm glad that I can still enjoy the story without knowing (although I did google "odalisque").

you know its been a while since I've found a dramione I've enjoyed this much will this odalisques be able to move like a magical portrait? I really really really hope to read more chapters of this great piece soon!

I am LOVING this fic. I love that Draco purposely got caught in enticing positions by Hermione in school. I cannot wait for the posing to start!
