about the story in general...
You know, I've come to the conclusion the more I read this story, that this
is THE most laid-back story I've ever seen you do.
There is no drama, murder, or angst..it's basically a simple romance and
that is something most authors have YET to do, just a simple story without
the unnecessary drama to make it interesting, especially when you have OVER
150+ stories in this section with enough angst to make you down some pills.
I enjoy the coming together of these two...and I think I'll be mentioning that
over & over as you continue to write this.
Anyway, I'm sure there are those who want action, but to me, simple should
never be under-rated.

about #5...
Man and there you go AGAIN bringing out the 'closet' romantic in me!
I must admit that WAS fluff at its flirtatious moment..and I bet you weren't
even TRYING to do anything remotely...fluffy. :-)
[..and no I'm not talking sickly, sweet words...*blah*]
But, you are getting better at it. At first it was 'sex'ual flirtations, NOW
it seems you're intuitively doing 'innocent' flirtations.
For me, I prefer the type of flirting where it's a stroke of the hand or cheek,
a slightly longer than usual gaze into someone's eyes OR the basic courtesies
of a gentleman [that bow towards the end would have been nice].

Yay! That was a great chapter!
I wonder if Kingsley's reasoning to keep Harry away from Draco is what he said. Seems like there is something hidden behind the order, even if he finally backed off.
I loved the date scene. I laughed when Harry told that one guy, 'no autographs'. Actually, it was more like a snort, but you get the idea. And the kiss at the end *holds two thumbs up* perfect.
Thank you so much for the chapter!

Draco is wise to give Harry some space and time to mull over their relationship, especially this sudden if uneven attempt at intimacy. It's clear that something, or someone upset him enough to rebel like an unfledged teenager rather then a fully mature adult. Still this is a step in the right direction as it left Draco exhilated and giddy enough to skip all the back to his friends home. Harry will be back if only to satisfy his curiosity about these feelings he has now for Draco. It must feel good for Harry to just enjoy life with someone at his side and not feel he has to be anything but himself-just Harry for a change. I suspect he never realized just how cramped his lifestyle has been up to now; and Kingsley made a big mistake to write that letter when a talk as a sincere friend might have given him better results. Clearly as MOM he's let the office go to his head and left his friends behind, including Harry. So sad. Another good one from you, as if you ever dissappoint. Anywho please continue to show us more-xD!!!

It's hard to change a lifetime of habits, and a person can get into a rut without realizing it. All his life Harry had to go it alone first in the muggle world and then in the wizarding world too. Friends can help you cope, but in the end your feet bring you back home with no one waiting to hear what your day was like. Malfoy is a persistant reminder of just how alone and lonely he's made himself by offering first his friendship like a drink of clean, clear water when Harry has learned that most people give out saltwater(or friendship with conditions) that has made him both heartsore and wary. Knowing something about Malfoy's last attempt at a relationship he might suspect this is a rebound and thus doomed from the start, but it just might be the one he never knew he was waiting for all along. After all he's seen more of the real Harry then most people ever get to see and not rejected him outright as a fraud. Maybe this can be the beginning of a beautiful relationship-to quote a line from "Casa Blanca". Anywho please continue this fascinating story of the beguiling pursuit of love.
