that was great

I just ranted yesterday that no one wrote good fic anymore, and that I hadn't seen a well characterized Harry and Draco in ages. Well, I take that back.

This has got to be the best characterization of Harry and Draco post-novel that I have ever encountered, and believe me, I greatly enjoyed this. I am definitely going to recommend this fic to everyone I know. I loved this, thank you so much for giving us this.

I really loved the Veritaserum portion of this. That was a neat idea, and I can see someone like Draco doing that-literally asking themselves the questions they need answers for. Really glad for that scene especially since I was growing rather irritated at Draco's constant complaints of his son. Nice job with this.

This was an incredible story. I've been enjoying a lot of your stories. Please keep up the good work.

wonderful I really love it. Great plot. Great emotion. Great character development and how you allowed growth in their depth but didn't make them out of character was amazing. It was even good without a mushy smut scene. Just perfect.

This *gestures to fic* was amazing. Amazing. Absolutely, undeniably perfect from the first letter right on through to the last period. I don't have enough words to tell you how much I loved this.

And I do have to mention that Eisblume (new favourite band of mine) was a perfect accompaniment to it. Particularly the songs Leben is Schon and Eisblumen (Life is Beautiful and Ice Flowers) which I had on repeat the entire time I was reading. I don't know if I'll ever disentangle these two songs with this fic, but it's not an entirely bad association to have made.

You are, as an author, one of the best I have ever read. I feel like I ought to salute you, or build a shrine or something. Something that will convey how much I adore reading your work.

Absolutely a delight to read this, but then you always know how to spin the perfect tale just right. Scorpius and Al as friends was spot on, even to encouraging each other to test their fathers limits, and their mothers shared as much when pushing their former spouses toward one another as well, in their own fashion, of course. I really liked how Draco and Harry learned to bent a little in order to gain more than friendship here. Heck even Ron, lol found himself willing to forego his usual snark as long as he could maintain the illusion that it did not exist if he did not have visible proof in his face. Once again thank you for this most delicious treat, and as always please continue to write on!
