There are still quite a few spelling and other errors in this. Your concept is good, but the spelling and set-up ruin it. When you switch speakers, start a new paragraph, even if it's only a sentence. Also, check and double-check your spelling. In chapter three, you use 'hogswarts' which should be 'Hogwarts'. I vote for either fairy or dragon for Draco, but not a combo. You don't want to get yourself confused.

Sooooo need chapter 4!!! Dragon/fairy hybrid? Interesting. Though an elven/dragon hybrid would be more draconian. An elven/fairy hybrid sounds interesting. Especially if he gets the wings.

I think that Draco should either be fey-born (part fairy or similar creature: nixie, dryad, naiad, nereid, sylph, satyr, faun, leprechaun, grig, atomie, brownie, etc.) or part-moon dragon.

I like he idea. Yet the spelling and grammer is so hard to follow. Fix that and this will be awesome.
