OK, I know this is the first time I've reviewed, but that's only because I've been to busy going back and reading all your other work and I'm just barely half way through that. It would be an understatement to say that you are one of the best authors that I've read. I've been following Phoenix for about two weeks and I love the fact that you have regular updates.

I was wondering if it wouldn't be presumptuous of me to make a small request-a birthday request-of you. OK, my birthday is on the 26th, tomorrow, and Harry's is on the 31st, so I was wondering if you could do a Harry/Draco birthday fic...? The only thing I ask is that it have a good ending, maybe be humorous. I have no idea if you already have one planned or if you've already done one, but I thought I'd put all my eggs in one basket and ask. Anyway, yeah, that's all I've got to say. Can't wait for your next update.

I'm glad they're getting closer; Severus talking to Albus was good and I'm glad he and Harry spent time and that Harry was perceptive enough to pick up on what he needs too so hope Draco listens; thanks for the update!

This chapter had me smiling a lot. The way the three are getting along is so perfect! Each one has their doubts and struggles but they keep coming through for each other. They constantly say how well they work together when they're fighting or doing political things but it's nice to see that they work equally well together in the simple routines of life.

I especially loved the scene at Dumbledore's graveside. Seeing Severus's soft side (a very uncharacteristic side for him) is inevitable in this story but it's nice to know that his soft side isn't much softer than the rest of him. You've written him so well!

It looks like Kingsley is definitely working his way back into the picture. I wonder what he's hiding this time. Can't wait to find out!

So I finally returned from vacation, and was able to catch up on the few chapters that I missed, and boy did I miss the best parts. Im so glad that Harry is trying the traid relationship. Can't wait to see how the relationship evolves, what Narcissa's book contains, what Kingsly is up to, and what will happen with the election for a new minister. Good job and Keep up the good work!

I have spent the past couple of days reading nothing but this fanfiction in my spare time and I have found it to be truly amazing. You really put your heart (and knowledge of the Hp characters) into this. I've gotten many emotional reactions out of this story and that makes your story soar above the rest of the fanfctions ive read lately. Your work is brilliant AND you update on regular intervals. I will be waiting for the next chapter with as much patience as i can muster. Truly, you are doing one hellof a job.

Thanks, I loved the new chapter! I love the first and last parts...what a surprise, lol. I really thought that the part with Snape and Harry was really hot. I do think that this is one of my fave chapters :) Update again soon!

I really REALLY LOVED this chapter! I'm so glad that we got a more in-depth look at Severus and his needs. The need for compliments was hinted at before but...wow. I adore all the emotional development that's going on.
There were several lines in this chapter that I loved. "The [sullied] tomb was now more a representation of the soul of the man who lay buried beneath it" is the perfect one-liner for describing how Dumbledore truly was. Everyone wanted to believe in the benevolent Headmaster but he definitely had some unsavory aspects to him.

please please please PLEASE update soon! i absolutely LOVE this story, it has the perfect blend of plot & smut =) i'm really impressed with the way you have carefully developed the relationship between harry, draco, & snape. too many authors have the three of them jump straight into bed (which i can't stand!) your plot line is AMAZING, and your characterization is spot on. i can't wait to find out what happens next!

Aw so sweet how Severus reacted to receiving a compliment. I loved when Harry told Draco to also compliment Severus. This chapter sorted out many issues that were bothering Harry about his relationship with Severus and Draco. It was an amazing chapter and you addressed Harry's fears very well and sorted them out well. ^_^
