I loved it and the journal entries made it bittersweet :')

I did almost offer you some help but not everyone appreciates hearing that they are not perfect. I would like it if you would send the entire document, in WORD preferably, to mdunlapca@yahoo.com. I accept beta material at that address. My daughter has given me a cold and it just hit today but I will get it back to you this weekend probably.

I hadn't realized that you have written other stories. I should check them out.

Okay, the bad new first? As I was reading this, I couldn't help wondering what your first language is. You write wonderfully in English but you do make the same small errors over and over. Me and My and Think and Thing are the best examples. The words to, two, and too are more than slightly confusing, I will give you that. Sometimes, the punctuation makes it difficult to figure out what is going on. I realized that if you read it out loud, it would make sense. That's what gave it away. You might think about getting a beta, someone to just read it over and correct any mistakes.

The good news? It is a very good story, good pacing, snappy dialogue. Definitely, it is worth the time to fix.
