I think it's hard-wired into some men to admire most that which is most dangerous to them. Things like tigers, fast cars, and muggleborns who can hex your ears off before you know they're gone. Thank god for that, or we wouldn't have much to write about! LOL. Good chapter, I like the way you are setting up the different relationships.

Lovely, Hermione is her self but do not put her too difficult.. I know it had been only a few days for them and Draco has lot to learn there is when Lucius comes handy.. but I love the triad idea for this characters... lol

The only thing I was wondering about was that you said she was all day on the phone. As this is the wizarding world, you might consider that they used wizarding methods for getting donations-like Floo, owl....
