Oh!!! I agree with boicrazygirl! Please write the alternative endings, especially the one in which Draco survives and they live happily ever after. Right?

That was very good!!! but i still would love and like to see the other ending that you had planned and i will beg if i have too!!! :) i do love how you wrote this one though it just was not the way i wanted it to end! :)
i will be watching for another draco hermione fic, but i will try your other story too!

I have to say, while I don't love the Fred pairing (I just don't see them together at all), it was a lovely ending. Very touching, bittersweet and so sad. Sigh.

An incredibly beautiful epilogue. I personally wish he had survived, but you made a beautiful ending. :D

Let me just say WOW!! I read the last three chapters at work on lunch and my boss thought I was going crazy. I was bawling. Standing ovation for the author. I've loved reading this story since the beginning. It didn't end quite how I thought but still a great ending. Can't wait for more stories from you.

Aw, you made me cry again. I hate when either of the main characters die. But you wrote it wonderfully!

Fantastic ending to a brilliant story! Although I was a little miffed about Draco being killed, it has actually worked really well. I liked the way you ended it with Fred too, and the portrait was a nice touch. I've read the first chapter of Penance, so will be following that now!

I was holding out, hoping there'd be a twist within the twist but it was not to be. (sigh). But having said that, WOW what an ending!!!! There is no greater sacrafice then the ones we make for our loved ones and to give one's life so that they might continue on - so touching, so beautiful, so perfect. Loved that she finally remembered their last night together and knew that he truly loved her and I loved how she came to be with Fred and that they made their marriage work and she could be happy again. Definitely not with the same passion she had with Draco but happiness just the same (love the realistic touch) And for him to appear in the portrait once she knew in her heart what had happened - well I just blubbed my way through the rest of the chapter and outright bawled when Draco asked her to show him the baby. Well done! Well done!!!!!!!
