I love the start of this fic and can't wait to see what happens! I hope Hermione is sucessful and everything turns out rosy!...lol.
And if you bring Lavender into the story line can you please not make her an airhead? I know in the fanfic world she's always portrayed as a bit dippy but I don't think anyone from the house of Gryffindor can be that dense.

I enjoyed the first chapter, it was very interesting and very well written. You have me hooked already. Dark magic and losing part of the soul... I hope to read the next chapter soon.
