Your skilled writing style makes an immediate impression and the sex scenes are well depicted, as I expected. Whether I'm enjoying the story is a far more complicated question. I was quite unprepared for the depth of Harry's turbulent emotions and urges. It inspires my mind to dizzying heights and spirals, but it has a lingering unpleasantness about it, an eloquent crudity that's taking me to a rather dark place. I do like your portrayal of Luna; you explore her with considerable depth, and I find that rewarding. But I read these stories to derive some vicarious pleasure from what the characters are doing and feeling, and I like and respect Luna too much to derive any such pleasure from how Harry is treating her. He has enough sense to realize that he should try to be kind, but he isn't really; he's possessive and he's using her. I stopped on Chapter 7 and I don't expect to return.
Don't take that as a condemnation of your work, though; the writing is excellent. The best thing a writer can do is to make the reader feel something strongly, be it good or bad or a mix of the two, and you are more than up to that task.
i love this story. I created a log in just in case it ever gets finished. While some of the situations are definitely interesting the whole of this story and how harry and luna are has literally made me want to know what happens and sad that its not finished. I do hope that maybe someday you will finish it even though i hightly doubt it. I really hope you do though.

This story is so damn good. I've created a login to this site just in the hope that I'll one day get a notification that you've updated this fic. It's hard to find good Harry/Luna out there and especially one that delves into the darker aspects that weren't in the original books, but should have been had they not started as a children's series.
I absolutely adore your story and hope you continue it someday. I love how real it is and how unafraid you are to tackle sensitive topics, but don't just blindly add them in to create unnecessary angst. All the drama is meanginful, while being broken up by wonderfully funny bits sprinkled throughout the story. Please continue this fantastic story! Especially since their reunion is finally upon them! I want to see if arriving at Malfoy Manor is like canon. I want to see Luna on the Horcrux hunt with them. I want to see Luna telling them all about the Deathly Hallows. And the horrible pain they'll feel when Harry has to die to kill the horcrux. I know you'd be able to write that scene beautifully, ripping out your readers' hearts when Luna hears Voldemort say Harry is dead and then patching us back up as Harry comes back to life.
