What a wonderful, wonderful ending! The reconciliation between Lucius and Draco brought tears to my eyes.

Incredible story. I loved the way you portrayed Lucius and Snape as well. They were both terribly in character which made the story feel even more real. I am glad he resolved things with Draco too. Lovely to read a story with happy Slytherins at the end.

I have been following this story on and off since you started writing it but I never got around to reviewing. Sorry about that. This is a wonderful story and I think that you captured the essence of both characters perfectly. I particularly liked the change in Lucius from the creepy young man to an adult who was simply looking for his true love. You made his pain and desperation for Severus very real to me. I was also very impressed that you resisted the urge to make both characters soppy and that you didn't have then declare they undying love for eachother. Basically this was a lovely story and it was very impressive, the only thing which struck me as a little peculiar was Draco's reaction to seeing his father alive and well. I realise that their realtionship was in tatters throughout your story but I thought that there would have been something more to it...but, that is purely my own persons point of view on how he would have reacted. We all see the same characters in different ways and it did not in any form take anything away from your wonderful story.

EPILOGUE
PERFECT! Just...perfect. Not a word out of place. Everything was super. Really, don't have the superlatives to say how good that was!
Kudos.

(Epilogue)
Oh no! The thanks and praise all goes to you, TambraWhoIsIndeedGreat, for sharing your stories with us all. All hail the Master!
This was the perfect ending to a perfect story. It is difficult to catalogue all the emotions and feelings this story took me through, and isn't it funny how a story can affect a person so much?! I laughed, but mostly I cried because I truly felt for Lucius, through all his agony, despair, desperation, and grief. His love for Severus...the raw, bittersweet beauty of it was heartwrenching, the veracity and scope of it was breathtaking, and Oh my God, don't we all wish for a love like that! To know we are loved through anything, no matter what?! The best thing about all your stories, but this one in particular, is that you always show your characters as complete people, the bad with the good; Lucius doing his duty by Narcissa, yet waiting for her to die so that he could, in a sense, live, his seemingly harsh treatment of Draco, his resentment and apparent selfishness when he found Severus was married and he thought he was too late. But then you go and show the good and human side of a character that is usually considered evil; his remorse over the way he treated Will, his befriending of Man, his acceptance and love for Eir, his reconsiliation with Draco. And through it all, his undying love for Severus. God, I LOVE this story!!! This is the sort of story you come back to again and again, and I know it will make me cry again everytime, but that's okay, a good thing, cause that's what a classic should do, and this is nothing if not a classic. Again, it was an absolute pleasure for me to "red mouse", and OMG woman, will you start writing real books already?!?! In the meantime, I look forward to the next fanfic gem to flow from your fingertips, and to gloating because I get to see it first!

"Home Again" - Oh, what a LOVELY lovely chapter! I really enjoyed it. It was so well written, with moving descriptions - my heart ached when Severus said he was sick of being the last resort. Just wonderful. And, yes, please, more! Looking forward to the epilogue already!
