Oooh, I'm thinking Harry might want to consider some inter-house unity with Draco's female limpet. It would certainly add insult to injury to have her switch allegiances after a taste of Harry's talents. Draco would be apoplectic.
Your prose continues to impress. The humor is abundant, but I like that your characters are all multi-dimensional and thoughtful creatures. Speaking of creatures, I'd love for Harry to take notice of a few of the Ravenclaw beauties. He's still enamored of Cho, after all.
Also, Hermione's earnest concern for Harry's well-being is so in-character. It's hard to believe she never asked him more questions about his life with Dursley's in the books. Actually, the fact that no one really commented on it never sat well with me, but stories that attempt to turn Harry's fate by making him taller and more muscular overnight do get a bit wearisome. Harry bears the results of his past for a reason. His stature and lack of body fat are a testament to his survival skills, serving as a reminder that he's not only different, he's resilient and can endure anything. He doesn't look like the typical hero, which is part of his appeal. Anyway, I'm still feeling some nice energy between Harry and Hermione.
Oh, and the broom closet scene really sparked. Love Harry's dirty talk and his inner musings.

A perfect trick to play on Malfoy. I've been enjoying all the stuff with the chasers, and am looking forward to further developments with Hermione.
