I'm so glad for this latest development. I had wondered, when Draco saw pain in Harry's face/eyes, if he was able to see Harry as himself again. Really glad that he did for at least this small moment. Oh, and I'm not sure if I was clear, but I'm rather glad that it as just a "keen detective mind" and not magical. Great chapter. Really interesting that Draco can incorporate make believe places to into this wild magic of his.

Huh... Intersting... The way those two interact and how they think about and perceive each other, that's really cute and endearing. Wonder where Draco will put them now...

(btw, just letting you know: rec'd Changing of the Guard)Arg. Right. Sorry, I meant Black not Malfoy. You clearly wrote that in the last chapter. In any case, really interesting. I liked the small taste Draco gave of how he saw Harry: something like a bear. And that is really intriguing that Draco didn't hear the other Aurors (if they are indeed the creatures that Draco thought were chasing him, and the creatures aren't someone else), and only heard them snarling, when he can recognize Harry's voice. And Harry's "ability" to jump into the minds of other Death Eaters...is it magical in nature? Or just a keen detective mind? I really enjoyed Draco and Harry's interaction in this chapter. That aspect is definitely turning out smoother than I had expected. Again, very interesting chapter.
