hey, i loved this story!!!!
it seems to me that you've put alot of thought into this story,
aka the plot is really good! XD
your grammar is great, there doesn't seem to be too many spelling errors, (i noticed a few but i don't remember which chapters they were... ^-^')
and the story is great!!!

I'm only on part 2a/3 - The Two Towers, and I'd probably read more if I weren't 11:27am, and I had gotten any sleep last night.
Anyway, I absolutely love it so far. I don't often read crossovers, and I've only ever read on LotR crossover - and it wasn't my favorite. I actually found this fic via your author page, because I really liked Melanin and wanted to know what else you'd written.
I'd go into more detain, and tell you exactly what I liked about both stories (and even in separate reviews!), but my head is spinning a little and I'm having difficulty spelling things right (yay for spell check). Anyway, I'll definitely be reading more of your work - you're style is much better than that of many published authors' I've read, and I'm actually really excited to read more.
Anyway, I'm not sure how this post got so long - forgive me if I'm rambling (I'll just blame it on the sleepiness in my head >_>).

I likes your story! Though parts of it creeped me out...*shudder* it always creeps me out when old people 'desire' youngins... unless its like, a hot 300 year old vampire or elf or something *drool* :D Cool story :) can't wait for the rest :P
