I'm not usually one for Snape/Hermione fics, but I have lately become interested in AU stories and was more than pleased to see this was a teacher/student fic, which is a huge love of mine. I'm sorry to hear you're not getting very many reviews because this is a wonderful story. While I do agree the situation could be considered OOC for the two, I do think both Hermione and Snape are wonderfully in character, if that makes any sense. Hermione's stubborn nature and need for approval is very evident here. I liked the line about all of her teachers, both Muggle and Magical, complimenting her. She has always taken great pride in her abilities, and I can see her wanting Snape's approval. I love her confusion as well. Your Snape is great as well. I always felt he enjoyed tormenting students his students too much because he goes beyond insulting with them. Telling this story from just Hermione's view is perfect and I just realized after four chapters, we have't seen any other characters. I think that's very fitting here. And yes, the smut is simply hot!

A question though, as I've seen it mentioned other places. What exactly is Number Fourteen?

I like where this is headed. I agree with a previous reviewer in that it reminds me of some parts of the movie "Secretary." But not in a bad way, and only parts of it.

Are you planning to have an HG/SS relationship, like a dom/ sub thing, or will it stay purely a discipline/ punishment type relationship? It's very hot so far, can't wait to see if he's actually gonna use that belt...

Great story so far. You seem to have hit Snape on the head. The only real way that he would want Hermione is if he could humiliate her.

I like the Snape/Herminie interacton. I hope that Snape might come out of his shell as the story unfolds.

Your story is amazing. I like the coldness of Snape with that hint of danger lurking just beneath the surface. Hermione is heartbreaking in her yearning and not quite understanding of why she yearns. Of course Snape recognizes her need even though she doesn't and just her luck he isn't going to make this experience with him easy for her and intends to keep her continually off balance.

Hermione staying in that one spot out of both sheer stubborness and to prove herself to him, gain his approval is agonizing. Brings the movie, "Secretary" to mind. Does he realize what she is when he finds her the following morning? He must, I was surprised that he was so disparanging with her and loved that you had her act up to gain his attention back at Hogwarts.

Not sure where you are going with this but it sure seems like it's going to be a Hell of a ride!
