This was a great story! I loved how you wrote Hermione. She was strong and knew her mind, yet wasn't so out of character as to shut herself off mentally because of what she went through.

I can't help but feel that you ended up with a different story than was originally intended. Lucius' punishment was a great beginning. It seemed like we'd get a very dark and angsty story. I feel like there needed to be a bridge between the punishment and him falling for Hermione.
Overall, it was an entertaining, although rushed and uneven story. I found the terrible half of the Weasleys to be quite fun. Lucius was, of course, gummy. And, the ending was sweet!

Severus is a very wise man, and I'm glad to see it. I'd say Hermione's version of the Hammurabic code has produced a far more interesting Lucius and Draco as well. Good chapters, and I can hardly wait for more!

Just finished Chapter 3, and I'm really enjoying your take on Hermione. I also find myself hoping for all three of my favorite characters (Lucius, Hermione, and Severus) to find a way to, um, accomodate each other. On to chapter 4...
