Usually I don't review stories, but this is for sure a keeper.
For one thing, the pace of the story is perfect. There isn't an inundation of detail that many stories have. I mean, even though I love symbolism, personification, and all that literary magic that many authors use, I don't need to know that the table is made of wood and that it's 5 meters across. This story diverges from mere detail.
Another thing is your use of character development and plot. It is simply riveting that I can see (almost phyisically!) the character's growth. You blow up Draco and Harry and make them completely ROUND characters. They are changed by conflict. I like this. Plus, I have a renewed sense of attachment for the characters. Storywise, although you have a storyline that many other authors use, few hone up to your level of command it. You make the story your own and each chapter feels new and quite refreshing.

god this story really drew me in!
only a few problems: you wrote that Draco thought he was straight until he got the idea in his head to kiss Harry; but then later you mention that he 'hadn't been able to look at another wizard since', and then Narcissa reveals she 'became aware of his proclivities and cancelled his engagement with Pansy'....
so, i was heartbroken initially when you introduced Luke, because i wanted to beat Draco up for consciously giving another man who he doesn't love, all of his firsts and rubbing it in Harry's face...gah! so petty and unnecessary and just asking for him to deeply regret hus actions later on... But i guess if he'd been with other guys before the introduction of Harry as his 'one and only', I don't hate him as much...he doesn't seem as childish and retaliatory, and more as a person seeking a bandaid resolution to his devastation.
That rant being said, I really did enjoy immersing myself in this story- it was very well written :D

It was rather sickeningly sweet. But I'm sure they have much suffering elsewhere so a nice ending is fine every once in a whle.

Squeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee! I loved this ending. It seems fitting that Draco proposed to Harry and even sweeter that they were both on their knees. I loved every chapter of this story and I can't wait for you next one. ::hugs:: Ugh I love this ending. Great job!

We all need a little fluff once in awhile. This was great; I've been following it from the begining and I can hardly believe it's over. I think the best harry-draco fics are like this; angsty and full of schemes and the inability to express emotions. well, fantastic, now I'll go read another of yor brilliant stories.
