It will be interesting to see if Phelan ends up as the First Deputy Minister for Magical Creatures. Lovely howling scene, very touching. Lucius with a daughter? He's going to be even more insufferable in about 16 years, LOL.

I adore this chapter. I really truly do... though I am slightly sad as it is wrapping things up and moving us ever closer to the end of Just Around the Riverbend. But, that's always a sign of excellent writing - leaving your readers desperate for more. Kudos to you, dear author!
