awww... that was so sweet! I loved Narcissa's POV and how you brought her story, Draco & Harry's and even Lucious' story all together. Really well done and the pacing was really great.

It was interesting to see things unfold from the outside, though I think the 'jail' Lucius ended up in was a little too nice.

Reading as Narcissa struggled to not interfere was really quite amazing. There are so many instances and temptations you opened up to her, to help her son, and then for her to turn away...you really wrote this well. I felt frustrated along with her, willing her to do something. It was good that she was rewarded in the end, but if not for the fluff warning, I would have been really worried that Narcissa should have done something and that she would have to live with the consequences that Draco lost his "beauty" because she didn't act. Awesome job at the end of having Harry talk of Draco, who would never betray his family, to show that there are some limits not to be crossed even for those we love. It made their love seem more pure rather than obsessive. Almost most of all, I really enjoyed reading Narcissa's thoughts and emotions about Lucius. I thought that was absolutely beautiful the way you wrote it. Awesome job with this one-shot.

As always, darling, I love your Narcissa and your portrayal of the boys is heartwarming. :) *heart*
On the random note of a perfectionist, there is a moment in there where it says "read" as opposed to "red"... assuming one's cheeks can't read. This is the magical world after all. :)

I always wonder how you create these plots, because I've read most of your fics and it catches my interest all the time.
