Excellent twist! I'm a little confused--Are these people seeing him during a transformation, or did his form change once he was out of Azkaban? If he was a fish in his cell, how did he become a merman later? I would think a merman would be a little too big to flush himself.

AWESOME!!! i love the premise - very original, and very revealing of Lucius' character and personality. his escape from azkaban made me giggle, and the idea of him as a merman is entirely too sexy! i cant wait to see how hermione comes into this - will she be an animagus? will she be able to follow him into the water? (all sorts of fun to be had there!) looking forward to the next chapter!!
