oh wow.... its taken me about a week in spoadic burst to get through the entire story and the formatting was driving me nuts the entire time but i do believe this is one of the most amazing works of fanfiction i have ever had the priviledge of reading! i loved how developed your plot was. i loved how they all grew and matured (even when reverting for a while in between). i loved the subtle shifting of bonds between Snape and Harry the entire way through and how your Draco is probably the sweetest and most caring while still being true to character. i loved Narcissa being more important and how she wanted to be buried (even though i don't quite get it myself). i could keep going but i do believe you get the idea :) if i could i would save this somehow to read on my kindle again and again!! You are an amazing writer!!!

This was amazing!! It was so much fun to watch Harry and Draco start to fall for each other and not know what it was and then the sudden realizations. I was so caught up in this story that I didn't want to stop reading it and any and every distraction was an unwelcome one. Even sleep lol.
I'm still not sure what else exactly that I want to say. I had ideas throughout the story when I was reading, but then I was picked up by the rushing current of it and was swept away utterly and completely. It left me breathless and dizzy. And I will admit I had tears in my eyes as I read the last few paragraphs between Snape and Harry. They just made me feel so happy I couldn't help it.
This story is so unique. I've never read another like it and probably never will. It's absolutley amazing how you can come up with so many ideas and all of them so different from each other. Not to mention to fact that the style you write in is fascinating!! The subleties, the language, the personalities, the plots, the plot twists... All of it works to create a hypnotic beauty that draws the reader into the depths, resurfacing only when you choose to release them. I can't wait to read all of the other stories I haven't gotten to yet. Thank you for witing such amazing stories!! Keep it up please!! =)

This story was so devastatingly beautiful. It deserved far more reviews than this final thank you. It took me an unusual amount of time to read, and I dreamed it at night when I couldn't read the words from the screen anymore. Thank you. I have loved reading this story. Thank you. It's funny, but I think I will miss not having it to read whenever I want. Is that so strange? I will have to come back and reread this some day when I can't remember how things turned out and the plot blurs for me. I think it will be a while before that ever happens though. It was just such a strong story. Again, thank you so much.

I finally got through it. It took me at least 1/2 a week. But it's impressive you can follow through with a story that length.

I'm desperately trying to blink away tears here.
This fic is fantastic. No, even fantastic would be an understatement. This is perfect. This is on a whole new level with its uniqueness and flow. The whole story just fit together without any disruptions to its harmony. And most importantly... the ending.
To me, endigs are the most important parts in the stories. The start and the middle are important, of couse, but it's the ending that leaves you with a FEELING. And this fic left me with so many emotions that I don't know how I can sit still and write a proper review.
I loved your Harry, and Draco, and I loved that you didn't bash anyone. Truly, that's one of the main problems even good authors have nowadays. Ron and Hermione didn't abandon Harry, and even Dumbledore had his reasons and wasn't truly willing to harm Harry. Your portrayals of Snape and Draco were just... uh, I don't have the words to express myself properly anymore xD And gosh, Narcissa. I have read fics where she leaves Lucius, yes, but in all those she immediately seems to accept Harry... which tends to be annoying. And here she didn't oppose their relationship, but still didn't act like an annoying matchmaker. Also, I was REALLY impressed by the fact that you made Narcissa and Draco mourn for Lucius too. I have never found it pleasant to read about fics where the three Malfoys were just indifferent or hateful towards each other and could go on with their lives without being affected by that hate. And here, in your fic, they weren't like that. They were realistic, and I love you for writing them like that.
Okay, sorry, I babble too much. I just loved your story and will *so* recommend it left and right to my friends. Because it would be a pity for them if they didn't get to read this.
Thank you SO MUCH for writing this!

You so effing amazing its hard to believe! Your stories are always so awesome and long and you update so quickly! As far as a hogwarts AU I really loved this story alot its one of my top favorites, it was a much better quality and had none of that 'oh now Harry is a total slytherin convert and hates all the Griffindors' that alot of other fanfics tend to lean towards. I also like your characterization of Ron so he wasn't the narrow minded jerk that many HD shippers like to write him being, they like to hold fourth year against him or say he's dumb because it took him so long to date Hermione. But I have to say thing I appreciate the most and have found the most disturbing in the fandom is Harry and Draco didn't begin a sexual relationship too early. Nothing more disturbing than the thought of Hogwarts having 12 yr olds screwing in broom closets.

Lovely! Oh goodness. I enjoyed this so very much. Jumping around here since this is technically a review to cover the last 20 or so chapters.
I remember talking to my friend, Emily (Snarry writer) a few months ago about the different possibilities of when exactly Dumbledore would have known about Horcruxes and exactly when he would have realized Harry to be one. But this was definitely the worst of the scenarios. To think that Dumbledore already thought of Harry as a sacrifice as early as when he entered Hogwarts for the first time...or earlier. To see a Dumbledore who cared more for Seamus (if Severus's deductions were correct), when he hears of Harry's sufferings and deems them necessary... Very much an eye opener for Dumbledore's character. But I really like how you used that in such a way to develop Severus' character and to free Snape in a manner of speaking.
And Severus... Such a delightful character in this story. I'm so glad that he was one of the main three POVs we got to experience. You did a fantastic job with him. I really like the development from caring for Lily, to just caring for Harry. Though it was amusing to read Harry's thoughts on that, such as that Snape would bring up Granger getting hurt by Finnigan, but really only caring about the fact that Finnigan hurt Harry back in the beginning of the story. All those things were rather cute, and that ending scene... :D I'm really glad that he punished the Dursleys only in a way to immediately punish them for future cruelty rather than to acquire the vengenance that Harry would so deeply disapprove of.
Speaking of which, I adored Harry's frustration and notice of himself and how his thought process began changing probably due to his continuance association with Severus and Draco. How he'd be able to read Dumbledore as a fool, instead of sympathize with him on every occassion.
Draco... So proud of that kid. lol. But honestly, I really loved that whole inventor's aspect, and how each character of the main trio affected the other in this story. That Snape and sometimes Harry was able to turnabout Draco's perceptions of what he could do, rather than just follow the Malfoy creed, that he could be an inventor that his father disapproved of him being. That was inspiring. I loved that. I am sorry that he came out of this war an orphan, but you did such an interesting job with these kids fighting the war in this way.
One of the most intriguing things was having Harry say something to the effect of Dumbledore being a fool for trying to make Hogwarts the focal point of the war. It really didn't need to be. It was just conclusive to the other books to have it that way in the seventh, but as a whole, it didn't need to be, as this was a war for the sake of all the wizarding and muggle world--the whole world.
Fantastic job. Harry and Draco's relationship was wonderful. One of the most beautiful things, after all they had been through, was definitely that they shared their grief together, and that Harry was able to make the claim that the guilt and horrible feelings virtual and surprisingly (for him) disappeared. That was a beautiful way to teach Harry that sharing his pain is not necessarily a weakness, and to teach him that that is how it should be.
