@Ch. 9....Enter Draco Malfoy. Great use of him, and very insightful dialogue. Draco seems to really understand what's going on, but I'm glad that Harry is being Harry and refuses to give up on Snape. There's always hope...always. Great chapter Em.

@Ch. 10. This seems so damn real. The trauma that Severus went through is no joke, and you're writing the flashbacks and his current state of mind and reactions wonderfully. I think Harry's bravery and loyalty are going to be key to getting Sev to a better place. This is hard work! I love all of the little nuances to their interactions that you're writing, they speak volumes about both of them and the situation. Poor Severus! I wonder how this is going to affect Harry's situation with Ginny and I hope that he calls on Draco, Ron, and Hermione for more support. Great writing Em.

I feel so bad for poor Snape. I really hope he shows some flash of life, or cheekiness or SOMETHING. I just wanna hug him until he doesn't feel bad anymore. Although, he'd be worried about me hugging him. *sad heart*

That was such a depressing chapter. But a necessary one for Harry, I think. He needed to be woken up to the bleak realities of the slave bond spell.

Wow that was pretty insightful of Draco, now its up to Harry to help Severus.

@9 Let him go? No way, if anything, Severus deserves a punishment for trying to off himself. He should learn that Harry wants him alive and healthy, and afterwards he will learn that Harry wants him independent and proud.

Brilliant update! I love the angst and the A/R that you've created. I really like the injustice of this post-war reality. I think that the 'boy-who-lived-to-go-onto-kick-Voldemort's-butt' needs to initiate some political changes!
