By that definition, this person would fall under a sociopath, rather than a psychopath, using the horrific nature of the killings as a tool rather than for personal satisfaction. Lack of empathy, the focus on an obscure personal goal, feelings of persecution and being denied their due recognition, delusions of grandeur, and the elaborate planning involved indicate high intelligence coupled with possible schizophrenia. Chess masters often develop similar traits, but usually without the attendant violence to others. Ted Kazinski had most of those traits as well.

Hermione, watch that drool running down your chin! Concentrate on clearing his name and keeping him out of prison! Then you can explore new horizons. Somehow I don't think Lucius is going to stand helplessly by. Does he have a clue who the murderer is? Good update, but short. More, please!
