This is an interesting story. It started off well but as of chapter 9 has become all about sex.
What is with that anyway? And now Tonks has MPD?
Your plot seems to have gotten lost along the way and I find myself skipping over the sex to get back to the story.
11-year-olds should not be THAT into sex regardless. If it was just a ritual aspect to the magic I get, but just sex is a bit much.
Get back to the meat (no pun intended) of the story.

now what would be a screwed up twist to this story is that harry ends up finding out that to bring his mother back he has to have sex with her corpse and then she must become his sex slave that has to be pleasured by him at least once every month or she will die again.

as soon as you mentioned the blood thing my mind totality channeled (Spike: "Blood is life, lack-brain. Why do you think we eat it? It's what keeps you going. Makes you warm. Makes you hard. Makes you other than dead. 'Course it's her blood.") as stories like this go im mostly in it for the necromancer aspect. hehe. great story tho.

Great story. One thing that I don't like however is that they talk so much during sex, first of all its hard to concentrate enough to do and second if you do concentrate enough to hold a conversation then you take away alot of the pleasre you should be feeling by blocking it out. Also Harry seems to let his subbmissives get away with alot, it seems to me that if he is truly as dominant as he is described as being he should be a little more strict and his punishments should be true punishments not pleasurable ones (in other words if spanking gets them off make them do something that they abhor or at least is not sexually gratifying).
