Of course Lucius was lovely! That's how the man works isn't it? Lovely, prim and proper... until he lures you into private and then! HE POUNCES! LIKE RAWR! =) There's nothing wrong with that either... Not when you liked to be pounced =)

Glad I wasn't the only one who saw that little mis-wording... it's something I could see Draco saying, trying to be like father dearest but not getting it quite right... =)

Can't wait to read more! I get off easy because I get to read before everyone else! =) YAY for Harry Potter OCD!

Really good chapter! I think lucius spies a deatheater in the making. Ellie might now have realised that Lucius isn't all that nice, the way you wrote it I actually felt frightened of what he would do to her. Poor naive, innocent Ellie, Lucius is a very bad man hehe

Anyone who has read Pain Of Becoming (Which I re-read for the millionth time last night) would KNOW that assuming the worst from Lucius is accurate in your stories =)

Another excellent chapter, though I think you should pay a little more attention to Lucius's words in the line:

I think I would have done the same to Draco had that been my cat, just plain mean :S Poor Ellie, I cannot forsee the next chapter going all that well for her. I loved your descriptions of the clothes and how she looked :)

Thanks about pointing out Draco's eyes, but actually in this case I deliberately moved away from canon. I have done it before. I actually know his eyes are blue but it's wierd, when I imagine him he usually has light green eyes and I just go with it.

So a while ago my computer fried and I lost pretty much everything! This is the first time I've gotten to read past what I've beta-ed and it's looking really good. I would say that you should be careful not to rush it to much, and to pay attention to some minor details. The chapter where you first meet Draco you say his eyes are green, but they are in fact blue. =) Not everyone would know that off hand like me, but then again, I sleep to Harry Potter of tape so I'm unique. Now that I have a computer back I can help out again! Lemme know! You should still have my e-mail address!

I suppose Lucius Malfoy could be a kindly friend offering to help out dear Severus ...or he could be a sneaky, death-eater with a plan up his sleeve hehe the suspense is almost killing me! I felt sorry for Draco in this chapter, will there be more Draco and Ellie soon? I can't see Severus being to happy that Lucius is taking her shopping lol

I really like the interactions with Snape and Ellie in this chapter. You can tell he is trying though he is completely out of his depth which I think is rather sweet and all through it you manage to keep him true to his usual self :) The interactions between Lucius and dear Eleanor are even more interesting, she has a thing for the malfoy men hehe not that I blame her lol

Snape's for christmas eeeeek will be interesting to see how that unfolds hehe I also cannot wait for more Ellie and Draco encounters, will Lucius Malfoy be throwing a Christmas party? :)
