Finally! I am so happy!!! I have been waiting and waiting for Severus to do this and the day has finally come!!! And, he's kind of sacrificing himself for Hermione, just like in the movie Constantine, so that should be a sure fire ticket to Heaven in my opinion. You know, I could never decide which was more sexy to me, the Scottish, English, or Irish accent. Oliver Wood in the movies decided it for me and then you go and make him gay! Then I decided Jake is so sweet and nice he can be my fantasy man. Now you're making him gay, too?! Why are taking all of these men away from me?! What did I ever to do you?! I wish Harry was being a better friend to Hermione. I wonder if Severus is going to come home to a bunch of drunken miserable house elves. I will be waiting on the edge of my seat for the next update! I LOVE this fic.

forgive me for posting twice but i noticed you respond to reviews here. on ff.net i wrote: ok, so i wrote my review before i read the other reviews and realized most readers are upset with hermione's behavior and not severus'. after considering their point of view, it is true that hermione knew what the deal was with snape when they married. but isn't the whole point of this story the journey both of them made to get them here? i don't think its fair to expect hermione NOT to be angry that snape can't take the final step. many reviewers complained that she was spiteful to take away all the gifts she gave. truth be told, severus should never have accepted them if he was on the path to redemption through suffering. once he allowed his cell to become a home complete with wife and affection, he couldn't fault his wife for wanting the whole kit and kaboodle. and he must realize he is no longer serving his penance. once he accepted the life that hermione offered, all prior agreements were null and void. it would seem severus needs to continue on his journey and learn to forgive himself (which will never happen with him sitting on the floor of his cell as if "kissed") see! his behavior doesn't make sense. unless i'm missing something. please explain! this story is too wonderful to take this turn.

OMG I cannot believe it stops there! You simply have to be still working on this. I hate that about AFF it is is hard to tell when it was last updated and you can't put things on a watch list. Do you have an LJ or IJ account??

My heart is just broken right now for them. This is simply a totally incredible story. Yikes I'm so into it I forgot I did see a note about LJ and friended you this afternoon. Sigh... yeah you have totally carried my mind into your world.

Another excellent chapter. Perhaps they are both beginning to realise just how much they really need the other. Severus especially. Man, that warden is not someone I would like to get on the wrong side of! Not the most sympathetic person around. Loving how you have written him though, it fits the story really well. I just love Billy Mulciber, his character is really well thought out! Looking forward to the next chapter already...
