the smut was puuuurrrrfect! Lol. And yes, I do agree with you. I just feel so bad for him, because he's all alone with no one who seems to understand. I've never understood people who cannot separate their opinions and just listen to someone. You don't have to agree, just do what a friend does and be their as sounding bored. Sometimes thats all someone needs. But I suppose not everyone can be a natural counselor...Oh, well. I'm so glad to see Mione and Draco so happy. I loved what happened with Snape and them what happened with the men later. More, you're doing fabulosa!

Loved the most recent chapter. My favorite scene was Teddy asleep on Draco's chest. A child can break down so many barriers by their insistent innocent love, can't they? Liked how you're making Harry get closer and closer to Snape and Dumbledore. I think they will still need to have an actual confrontation...particularly between Dumbledore and Harry. He's right, he's done too much to him. Loved the level of intimacy between Draco and Hermione. I didn't think it was too quick in coming, nor did I mind how the declarations were made. Inventive, I thought. Looking forward to enjoying more in the coming days. I thought I saw a typo, but now I forget where it was. Email me if you want. Kazfeist at gmail dot com. :D

*waves* So.... wow, I'm glad I decided to pop over and check out what you had to remove from the hpff site, it added so much to that scene it was unreal. No wonder what you posted there seemed so short, you had to cut a ton out. It was very well written by the way, excellent job...
See you on Sunday again!

Now that part of the story makes more sence to me, I thought it was missing something! Ta da! Yeah! it's me! Aries Girl 40 Though since I became famous in the Twitter & fan fiction world as of late I can't use the 40 at the moment, Google my handle and you'll get a laugh. I twittered Tom Felton and he answered me. Everyone thought for sure he knew me personally, and I got loaded down with messages and questains to ask him. it got real strange there for awhile, then Bonnie Wright contacted me! so now I have her as a follower and we twitter back and forth, sweet girl. Thru it all I've read every chapter. I'm ready with 1-2 I'm waiting for quey to go down a little. it was up to 11 days! if your on twitter look me up! I'm under my HPFF name with the 40. Okay? Now I am going to rate the last chapter and stop back for the rest that I missed on HPFF, I hate to use the review space there yet.

Well how sweet to do that for Dreamweaver..that was so cute.
Okay seriously, you have a knack for writing -- each chapter seems to have it's own theme. For me this was about opposites coming together - in a way - over a common theme which is friendship and love: Harry and Blaise "bonding" (both care about their friends), Sev/Remus knocking heads together over Harry (both care for Harry), the girls chatting about their friends and how they care for each other, Orla and Blaise as well - Orla cares for Blaise enough to help him and, of course, our lovers (enuf said there) but even there it was about Draco really understanding and caring for Blaise. So beautifully woven together. So beautifully presented on their own merits.
Blaise and Harry wasn't surprising to me - I think this had to happen at some point. They struggle with the changes around them, their best friends feelings for their "enemy" and their own conflicting points of views about the world and the Draco/Hermione. Their internal dialogue must be something like: "Gasp - horror of horrors what if "INSERT DRACO/HERMIONE" really isn't that bad? Gasp - what if "INSERT DRACO/HERMIONE" is really happy and this is their chance at real love? Do I mess it up? Will they hate me? I can't lose them. What do I do?" No one says they need to be buddy buddy but respecting their friend's choice and treating that other individual with the respect they would want is not alot to ask of a best friend. Sigh, their internal angst continues.
I loved the scene with the girls. I love how you gave them their bonding time, just like the guys. I love them talking like, well, girls. Its silly and I enjoy being that fly on the wall listening in. It's also such a wonderful break from the drama - a flutter of funness.
Remus was a bit out of line I felt in attacking Severus. I was kind of in Sev's corner there and felt that Dumbledore should have dressed Remus down a bit for being so rude, condescending and just stupid. Dumbledore did make a good point about unity beginning with the adults and teachers so I hope Remus stops acting like a 6th year wanna-be-marauder and remembers that he is an important and influential figure in Harry's life and should act like a proper role model. Remus should ask himself "what would Lily do?" I think we know the answer to THAT question, especially after all Sev has done for Harry in Lily's name.
I felt that the scene between Orla and Blaise was the most powerful one. Yes, of course, someone got through to Blaise. I loved that and Orla did it so smoothly, intelligently (Ravenclaw) and sharply. She was so clever in the way she did it - she let Blaise teach the lesson to himself rather than lecture him, which wasn't working. She gave him something to think about. However, for me, what was really powerful was Hermione realizing that she was accepted for being a witch but disliked as a person and for her choices. I felt that was eye-opening. Not that Orla didn't appreciate her talent or intellect, no, she doesn't like Hermione for "normal" reasons. I don't think Hermione got that but Draco did. I loved it.
Draco is just getting sexier and sexier and sexier by the chapter. HOT DAMN! The man is a Slytherin and I love this charming, witty and darling man! He loves his witch and can handle her - no really: HE CAN HANDLE HER! I don't think Hermione even realizes that he's doing it - just proves how perfect they are for each other. I also like how you are keeping his character still very canon yet allowing him to develop. His core characteristics haven't changed but he's growing up and maturing. I think when he and Hermione will fight (and they will), instead of ending in a anger rage hexing, they'll end up in a snogging rage feeling up each other - ah passion. I love sexual tension. Really good writing.
PS: did you get that I LOVED this chapter.

Awwwwww what a lovely thing to do. Thank you so much for that little story which I have read over and over, I am positively thrilled that you would do such a thing. Oh if you could only see the smile on my face when I read this. Sending you huggles, cookies, chocolates galore, bubbly and a shopping spree of your choice in thanks. LOL Seriously though, I am touched that you did this. What a pity it's just in his head and Blaise has to walk out of the class without me. LMAO I rather liked your description of me too. :)
Now for the serious stuff - I wondered if Blaise and Harry would realise they had a few things in common, not that I expected them to admit to it. They are surrounded by friends that care about them and yet they still feel so alone. It would have been almost impossible to believe the confession they had just witnessed between two people they thought they knew well and the relationship that they thought they were supposed to have only to discover it's something else they were wrong about. But, and this is something I like about Harry, he gets angry, he lets loose but then he gets over it and deals. He's making an effort to reach out to Blaise, possibly because he knows they have some common ground and maybe because he realises that he's not alone in feeling totally weirded out by the situation.
Having the teachers reflect on the situation was brilliant too. I hope we get to see more into their heads as well (you know how much I love that sort of thing). Hmmm, no love lost between Lupin and Snape, I see and yet, for Dumbledore they'd do anything, wouldn't they?
LMAO on Ginny retelling what happened in class to Pansy. I think that girl needs a little more romance in her life too. She's become so strong and practical and forgotten what it's like to be cherished and supported too. Let's hope Harry cottons on to that too. LOL OMG, I love your Luna and I agree with LBE - she definitely has some kind of second sight or something to come out of her silent contemplativeness and drop the bombshells that she does. And she's always right. Perhaps that is what unnerves everyone else around her??
(Of course Blaise left quickly, he's off making my dreams come true). ;) LMAO
You're testing my memory on Orla but how cool that you could work her into your story. Bah on Bliase for asking her out as a last minute thing though. I guess it's a sign he's coming out of his funk though. Beans and Quirke - LMAO!!!!! And how opportune that Hermione is waiting in the wings to hear an interesting revelation. Another valuable lesson learned by Hermione that people can dislike you for all sorts of reasons that have nothing to do with your background. I don't think Orla really dislikes Hermione herself though, just hates what she perceives to be a waste of talent. But I loved how she managed to turn things around and get Blaise actually defending Hermione for sticking up for what she believes in. He didn't even see that coming. And then for him to see Hermione there - well all I can say is I think we've found Blaise' defining moment. (Obviously again because of his little moment in Potions class, right?) ;) LOL So who is Blaise going to the Ball with?? She never answered him.
Ohhhhhhhhh Draco and Hermione having a private moment, how very delish! LMAO on his take of what she was telling him about Blaise. He did make a few good points though and yes, I can't see Hermione willingly admitting to any of them anytime soon. And then, just as we're getting somewhere interesting - aaaarrrrrrrrrrggggggggggg you bloody finished with a cliffy - damn you, HG4eva!!!!!!!!! LOL
