Ok, im gonna begin this review with a little critisism. Snapes letter to Hermione. No man, no member of the males speices, no person with a penis would ever write a letter like that. And now, i am completely depressed, because no man would ever write like that, and they should! It was heartful, passionate, funny, and most importantly, honest. Tell me, do you do classes. Because i know more than a few males who could do with a few lessons on how to be truly romantic. Ok, flowers are sweet, but they die. confectionary has calories and jewelrey is awkward because you have to match it with other pieces and it has to go with the out fit etc. But, a letter...a proper letter; hand written, not done on a computer, not sent as an e-mail, or as a text...but a proper letter, is the most romantic thing in the world. And im pissed because no man would do that!! Ok, maybe there are a few, but not enough. So, my critism is not so much you, but aimed at the entire male population...damn them!!

As for the story on the whole, i loved it. Their reactions where not only (in my opinion) true to their original incarnation by Miss J.K. herself, but also true to life. If any woman woke up, after a night like that, she would probably cry and feel alone and depressed. And given Snape's life, i am hardly surprised that he done a bunk the morning after the night before.

Oh, and his gift...so sweet, and so perfect. Even with out it's past history, it was perfect.

And i love the reaction of both the staff and students at Snapes sunny disposition.

Over all, i thought that this story rocked.

Concerning a sequal...i would like to see how much this new found love changes Snapes over-all personality, and the way he treats his students, and his general world view. Perhaps seeing how he deals with being a father for the fist time, especily if it is a girl. I cant quite see him giving piggy back rides to be honest. And christ, what if it was a girl, how the hell would Snape deal with her dating and such. And just seeing Hermione dealing with Snape through all of this. I think that it would be kind of cool to see a story where each chapter is a different stage in their childs life, watching Snape trying to adapt to the changes in his child; baby, puberty, sweet 16's, marriage, having children of their own. And also going through the harder stages of married life. But that is just me.

I would say though, that where you ended this story was perfect. You gave enough information that it wasnt open ended, but left it open enough that ones imagination could take flight. And this in my opinion, is the number one quality that makes a great writer. I cant stand stories where all questions are answered, because you cant play around with the story at all in your own head.

Again, i think that this is a brilliant piece of work, and i think that you are a great writer. I will definetly look out for new stories from you.

I would love to read a sequel. I can definitely use some fluff in my life at the moment. What a fantastic story, I adored every moment of this. Anyway, looking forward, and hoping for, the sequel...~Eva

This was a wonderful story. I think it would be great if you wrote a sequel to this. That way the readers will know if Hermione and Severus have a son or a daughter. Also do they have more children? Do they decide to get married? Please write a sequel.
