Ok first things first.. I really like your story so far!

As for the pairings:
I don't like the Harry/Draco pairing..
do something more origional like
Harry/Asher or even Asher/Harry
or
Harry/Jamil or Jamil/Harry I would go with Richard but in all honesty he's totally homophobic even if he is unconsciously interested.

Remus/Severus i think the wolf would be more dominate unless Severus is already a vampire. Remus has lived wiht that wolf since he was a small child.

If you do go with the Asher/Caleb... throw Draco in there cause he is getting really close to Caleb. This will also keep
Asher from having to feed outside his little circle (every other day means no one gets used to much especially since they are both shifters)

I love this story but I have to be different. I think Asher/draco/Caleb as a tri. Sev/Micha. Remus/Richard. Jean Claude/Harry.

This is getting really intense. I can't wait for more to come. I would like to vote for a Jean Claude and Harry pairing even though I know its not bolded but it wasn't stated in ch 1 that it could happen and then I see it in ch 2 so yeah.
