Great story! I'm so glad you finished it. It was very powerful but left a somewhat lingering after taste of "now what?" Draco being so humiliated that there was no real absolution - at least to this reader's mind.

First I thought it was weird. Then I thought it was sad. After that I thought it WAS kinky. Finally I think it's all 'bout real life.

That was really beautiful. I don't read a lot of dominance/submission where the author so clearly understands the motivations behind such acts, and is able to convey it without being maudlin or sentimental. Draco's journey made me cry, plain and simple. I loved it.

:::Standing Ovation:::: This is got to be hands down the best Domme!Hermione fic I've ever read, and one of the best bdsm fan fics I've ever read. Your depiction of submission and the progression of intimacy between a top and a bottom ringed so true on so many different levels. I loved that you showed this from the submissive male's point of view, and that it wound up transcending gender completely. Draco's voice in this fic is very human, genderless, and raw in its vulnerability.

I'm pouting because it had to end, but what a way to end. That was really HOT and more than that, it was intimate..for him to wait so long to even touch her and experience her in this way was really powerful. I really love where you took their relationship, and so happy that Draco gets to keep seeing her and hears love in her voice...finally!

You had me cracking up when she was going through the list of things, checking to see how committed he was to serving her...and boy is he? The part about Ron was jaw dropping, but somehow, sexy still. lol.

This was one of the most painfully beautiful stories that I have ever had the pleasure of reading. It was so raw that I felt completely wretched reading it at times...and completely uplifted at others. Draco is just so low, but his hope and his pure love toward Hermione makes him almost noble.

I loved it!
