What a phenomenal story so far. I really like the way you fashion the close ties Lucius and Hermione have with their friends. There are a number of different variables at play; do you just write as you go or do you plan the entire story out first? I've tried both, and am not sure which I prefer.
I am really looking forward to reading more as you are able to post it.

I was having trouble breathing at the beginning! Lucky girl! A promise ring seems like a good start... BUT, a scared Hermione is never good. Hopefully, Lucius is patient. Although, a good yelling match/fight always lead to great make-up sex - right? Yum!!!

Ah, the terrors of love! A friend of mine compared it to being blindfolded and leaping off a cliff while hoping someone you trusted had placed a parachute on you. Hermione doesn't have to worry aobut that, though--Lucius wouldn't let her out of bed in that blindfold! Love the chapter.
