Love that witty super conversation. It reminded me of my friends way back when everyone was still around. I like the fact that Severus is sticking wwith his courting plans. It is terribly romantic and shows alot of self control. I pity Hermione at this point I would be crawling the walls. I think Richie is based on the hysterical Ricky Gervais. I won't tease I have a thing for Ralph Fienes even though I think he is a bit odd. Can't wait for more. Well done!

oh tell me its not Ricky Gervais?? no no and again no, that is so wrong on so many levels. Watch the brit version of the Office and you'll understand what I mean the man is cringeworthy.

Back to more important things, loving the story, can't wait for the next bit.

Richie is too funny! He's way too brash for Hermione, but it's nice to have someone flirt with you anyway! I really like Harry & Hermione's closeness. I've always seen them in a brother/sister role. I can't wait for Sev to sweep Hermione off her feet... and into bed! *wink*

OMG! First, that was the BEST kiss! And dinner, that retch tries to be as annoying as possible, good for Severus that he got one in, too. That Severus can just walk away...... Poor Hermione~

ROFL at Richie!!! He reminds me so much of an old friend from college that I got this perfect mental image in my head and almost spewed coffe on my screen! Can you really legally shoot a welshman with a bow and arrow after midnight in Chester? That's even funnier! In Sarasota Florida, USA it's illegal to tie an alligator to a fire hydrant. Some laws are just plain silly.

Okay I'm all lightheaded and have a tummy full of flutterbys from that kiss. Great update, I can't wait for more!

You know... you did marvelous job on the kissing scene by taking all the overused absurd cliches and negating them... (cracked me up!) very witty!

Glorious! I had so much fun reading this chapter. I don't think that Snape will linger too much on worrying over Richie and Hermione. It takes a certain kind of woman to marry a buffoon. It doesn't matter if he is intelligent and lethal and rich and all that. If at heart and constant appearance he is a buffoon, I just don't see Hermione as the kind of girl to be permanently attracted to that. Or maybe that's just me. I really loved this chapter and I now have a ton of things to google to find out if they are true or not. Is he also an anthropologist by any chance? He certainly knew a lot about the mating habits of insects to be sure.

Ch-8 Mmm nice little chapter I always like to see how Harry and Severus interact after all they've been through. I think they would really respect each other maybe even dare I say like each other. I find this new character quite annoying with the laughter all the time so I imagine Severus would hate him. Is he gay, I know he said he wanted to date Hermione but one of my gay friends says that to me all the time, LOL. I would hate to see what Severus would do to any guy who thought they could touch Hermione, I imagine him to be quite possessive. I love the start of the chapter where he kisses her and holds her hand, these are the fun parts of dating, she's crazy if she wants to skip these bits.
