I never in a million years would have thought that a character let alone Severus had a foreskin. I'm sure it doesn't help that I have never seen an uncircumsized penis. In all actuality I think it made the sex sound so much more natural and steamier. So kudos to you for originality. I love the fact that Severus is going for gumbo at three a.m.. I have fond memories of me and the hubby eating chili cheese dogs at 2:30 in the morning while I was pregnant with my 2nd. Can't wait for more Well done!!!

There's nothing I love better then a chapter that combines both food and smut. And fantastic smut at that. I loved the house elf covered in beads. You make me ache for key lime pie, especially since it has started to snow here for some god awful reason.

This is a lovely story. And thanks for the recipe, I'm allergic to fish and shellfish-- which are in all the gumbo recipe's I'm come across so far.

as usual, a very good chapter. i love how severus tried to convey his feelings, even though he was uncomfortable and unused to doing so. it was sweet and tender, yet still the professor that we love. i was just rereading the adventurous hearts trilogy, and had to comment...i LOVED your nickname for hermione...'minute'. it was cute, and so different, that it has continually stuck in my head. you write my 3 favorite pairs (hermione with draco, lucius, and severus) with such flair, i can't wait to read anything you put out. i am waiting for your next story, and hope that despite the emotional roller coaster the story seems to be from what you've hinted at, it will still have a happy ending like your other stories. i'm sure this most recent work has been outlet for what you've been going through in your personal life... i wish only the best for you, and hope things get better soon.
