We had a couples shower with our firstborn - it was fun. We had a BBQ, there were no pink frilly invites, and there were games involving BEER.

It CAN be done properly. Everybody had a great time, it was really laid back.

Try baby oil for that silly Dark Mark. Lotions of all shapes and sizes if that doesn't work. My little ones love those darn things, but unfortunately, the better they are, the longer they linger. Good times. I nearly peed right here at the desk when I read that you made a little boy cry in the elevator. (I believe that's a sign of a bad mother on my part. Still giggling.)

Couples showers - oh, yeah, I had one of those, and one of the regular kind, too. Girls, don't bother with the couples kind. Just skip it. Really. Your sweetie will appreciate the fact that no one else sees him go ga-ga over the teeny little clothes you show him later. (The baby's clothes! Get your minds out of the gutter...)

I don't think my review has been very helpful - please be advised that I'm enjoying the story immensely. These pregnancy stories are tons better when they're written by someone who's actually been pregnant.

OMG i think i am going to die from all of my laughter... I loved it and i think my fave part was when all of the guys were listening in on the girls conversation about their men.... i also loved severus' comparison of the crucio to the couples shower... LMAO george giving advice on women to severus... omg great job

That was so funny! The equipment talk, as it were, had me wiping away tears of mirth. The chapter was excellent and I can't wait to read more!

I get up daily and look for updates to this story. I get so happy when I see one. I absolutely adore it. And for your temp tattoo problem depending on what type of tat it is it can be removed with rubbing alcohol. I went out on Halloween dressed as a Death Eater's plaything. I had a dark mark too and after a bit of scrubbing it came off. You'll need a rough cloth dampened well with the alcohol.

I think men will ever understand the whole couples shower idea. I don't think they are built for those kind of parties. Try soaking the tatoo in baby oil or olive oil for fifteen minutes and that might do the trick. love the fact that you went as a death eater maybe next year I'll try that. This year I was a boring old vampire, although I did scare the living daylights out of my seven year old the baby thought I looked "pretty" of all things go figure. Can't wait for more. Well done!!!!

Love the story. For removing the temp. tatoo don't scrub your skin raw, use rubbing alcohol, cold cream, or jergen's lotion; one of the three should work, Lotion is uually the best.

This was just so much fun! Between the guys giving Severus advise and the girls getting Hermione to share sexy secrets, it was just so much fun to read, I had a big smile on my face. Thanks!
