Your story made me smile more than once. Funny how the more things change the more they stay the same.
The next chapter would depend of course on the motivation behind some of the things done in the first chapter. I really doubt that Hermione would agree to send Harry to get the playbook, she had another reason for that. Then we have Ginny calling Severus and really we all know that she is quite aware Snape is not an idiot. So, being that everybody knows that Harry is gay, we can asume Severus knew the reason behind the call. Therefore he asks Harry if there was another reason for his visit.
In my humble opinion the next chapte should have Severus taking some sort of action. If he is atracted to Harry -and lets face it he has to or there wont be a story- and he figures that he has the aproval of Harry's ex then he would come up with a reason to see Harry. Perhaps you can start with a Severus monologue citing all the reasons this is a bad idea and then use my fellow reviewers idea of an accident as the excuse to send for Harry.

great start. perhaps there could be a mishap in the DADA class, involving James?, and the prof. desides to leave (to spend time with his remaining limbs?) and at such short notice, and to teach him more about his son, SS offers HP the "temp" position. they must have daily conferences and such. the plotting Weasley can begin to see what is happening or not ...
