Thanks so much for updating again so soon. I really do love this story. Narcissa is my absolute favorite person now!

This is definitely one of my favorite scenes in Bloody. Even if we do have to miss Harry's constant attempts to go to the library only for Rogers to intervene. Even so, it was surprising, and worrisomely so, that Draco will be going after the Dursleys soon. I don't recall Harry ever finding out about Draco's investigation, so I'm hoping that in some ways Harry is able to stop Draco from doing such things as the two become closer. [As long as I recalled correctly] it would be sad if Draco had gone after the Dursleys only for him never to tell Harry. Despite starting off the chapter thinking Harry would be grateful that he is lying in his bed and giving Harry comfort, it was cool to see his perspective as he did a splendid job of getting his point across to Harry. Wonderful job.

That last line was amusing, especially considering the fact that Draco thought about how he wished he had Harry's consent to lie next to him. He knew that he didn't consent, and yet isn't sensitive to Harry who won't like the situation at all when he wakes up. I really liked Narcissa's line about further unravelling themselves, weaknesses alike. I love how she "controls" Lucius and how she handled her problem with Eleanor. It does seem that Lucius was tripping up [although he IS unwell], and it was more than one time I read his dialogue and thought something dirty. When he said, "I will do the same..." after Draco just talked of showing intimacy to Harry...that was awkward... lol Funnier still when Draco thought the same thing in a different part of the dialogue.

And yes, I do agree that it is better than both parties have kept many of their thoughts to their separate parties. I didn't mean to imply this was overall a bad thing [although openness would be ideal]. Certainly, especially with Narcissa, who completely bewilders Harry, things would have been completely different had he been able to read her, even though she is the most sensible. Although I was a bit disappointed that she said Harry would fold to them, because of blood ties. When she said that it sounded so much like Lucius and his thoughts on misfortuned children.

Last thing, "distrusts how Harry would take care of him"? That surprised me a bit only because earlier he was giddy over Harry's smiles, and connecting those smiles to a kind lover and partner. At least that's what I thought. I'm sure it won't be easy for Draco to have to now try and show weaknesses to Harry, but he wouldn't think to do so if he knew Harry would treat him horribly after. Wonderful job with this chapter. It was cool to see their side of things as Harry slept. It is rare to see such strength in a family unit (even the Weasley's had Percy).
