Chapter 16: Don

Awesome...if you need any help, let me know...posting over there, that is. I know it can be troublesome, I've had problems there myself (oddly enough, more of them here). Oh, and I just updated my long time ago story Hermione's New world (if you don't mind Hr/CW)

Great chapter! loved how lucius got angery with his grandmother. :) i liked the way lucius responded to the house elf topic. ;) interesting how he thaught of hermiones actions--hmm.....so i wonder is he going to start question the truth or is it much more complcated then what is ovbouls. :) well i cant wait to see how you handle that! :) all right muse work your magic with this talented writer and get us some more wonderful story--PLEASE. thank you!!!! :)

Life is good.....looks like old Lucy is (unknowingly) putting the peices that Hermonie isnt in fact a Pureblood OR Slytherine. Makes for a great melodrama on his part

Ah! A fellow Biologist! I'm more on a cellular level personally, Ecology is too big for me! Why so many different topics at uni? In the UK you can do 2 at a pinch, but 95% of degrees are one topic only.

What's 'L. C.'? And what's the favour duckie? The little note just stopped.

You know, I think Hermione would make a brilliant Dark Lord, erm, Lady... seriously, she'd look after her minions! They'd have pensions; private health and dentistry (better than the NHS - but costs a fortune); two days off in seven; sick pay; bonuses and payrises and double time on Sundays! lol! Vooldie was nasty to his minions - its a wonder more of them didn't fight for the Order after his treatment! Hermione would have happy minions and 'minion of the month'. She'd have no problem ruling the world because her minions would be happy and do as they were told! lol!

A growling nasty illusion... Grandma isn't like mine who's all cuddles and cups of tea! Flipping heck!

That's what friends are there for! Seems to be a good one, you should keep him 'round! MS is unfortunatly what I was thinking about, too. One of my friends got diagnosed with it about 6 month ago. But she had had other symptoms before, so it wasn't quiet out of the blue for her. But hey, that's about worst case scenario. It might be simply a squeezed nerv!

So Lucius is starting to realise that Hermione might not be who he thinks she is? Interesting. I wonder how he will react when he finds out. Well, you hinted in the first chapter that he didn't know until the very end, but it's good that you're dropping clues to our unsuspecting Slytherin! Plus, I cannot imagin Hermione without any Gryffindor traits. She's ways too innocent to conceal them in the long run. But - I am still waiting for the big relevations with Grandma! Soooooo curious!

Oh and one question: If the beast was an illusion, how could it get hurt by the spell? Or did I miss something? Just a little bit confused there...

As for the sequel: I don't really know what to tell you. Do you meand that you could write two different sequels directly following this one (so that there were two possible paths to follow after this story)? Or do you mean to write a sequel to the sequel? Well, I guess that both is feasible. If you have more than one idea about what happens after this story, you should write both possibilities, I guess. If you want more input, feel free to drop a message at sabine.thenen @ gmx.de. I would be honoured to help out. :-)

Oh, and I will probably not review till Friday or Saturday. I have a lecture/tutorial at another university coming up, and I am staying at a guest house. I am not too sure if I will have internet acces in the evenings. Just to let you know I will certainly not abandon your story!

I forgot...did I review yet? I can't understand why this story isn't on the other site...I think it's great :) I'm an author over there, here, and ffnet. Can't wait to see how Grandmother/Lady Nimue greets them :)
