Oh man the mental image of Hermione punching Lavender out made me laugh out loud! You are HILARIOUS! And I giggled a bit when Ginny decked Lav Lave too....I needed a good giggle!

I think this fic is my new favourite! Poor Dudley being scared of ickle house elves! I can't wait to see how he further progresses in his life at Hogwarts and how he deals with grumpy bum Snape!

Hmmm! Snape owing Hermione a life debt that he is not all that fired up to make good on. That could get very interesting. What would she require of him if he tries to circumvent his debt to her, will things just get nasty, or will they heat up? Oh the possibilities!
Loving the spin you've put on JKR's existing story. The gaping plot holes JKR left us with are seemingly endless. I look forward to seeing what you will come up with.

Interesting expansion on "Petunia's Promise". I liked how you elaborated on what happened to the Dursleys after they all left Privet Drive for the last time. Turns out that Dudley wasn't the heartless bastard he was in 6 of the 7 books. Looks like he finally developed a conscience there at the end. It was good to see him give Vernon what-for...family is family, and they should stick together when times get tough. I never really liked that self-serving SOB Vernon anyways! And Petunia...that woman needs to grow a spine, REALLY!
I hope to see your return to the SS/HG realm soon. Perhaps these recent one-shots are what you needed to get back in the groove.
