A very promising start; kind of intrigued by the Dark flux story which I haven't seen before in any other fics. Ron and Hermione feel very much like an old married couple who need a bit of spice in their lives

This ws a very intriguing chapter. i especially liked the portrayal of Malfoy Manor and the way Hermione felt on going there, after the last time she was there in DH, was very true feeling. Narcissa was very well portrayed. A bit kooky! And who is Sylvestra?? The mind boggles. I liked Ron in this even though he is a bit dorky.

I get the feeling there's a lot of hint and clues in here for later on. But the best bit for me was Ron and Hermione's argument. Very realistic and even though Hermione is worried, her attitude to Ron is very patronising. Looks like he got his own back a bit. Definitely funny business at the ministy

really enjoyed this chapter, very atmospheric, all quite oppressive, sort of staged feeling. Exultante seems a bit scary! Hermione is a bit OTT sometimes but probably has a right to be as something is not quite right.... interesting exchange with Malfoy at the end there. He was much softer once she was drunk and then the big act was back again when ron turned up. look forward to more.

Thank you for writing such an original story! As fun as Marriage Law and Head Boy/Girl fics are, I was really itching to read something different, and you've delivered! I can't wait to see what happens next :)

This story seems like it might be good, but I wonder how you are going to bring Draco and Hermione together. I also thought I should mention that I think it is kind of odd that you barely ever here about the children in this. It seems that Hermione never pays attention to her kids and, I don't know if I read this right, Draco has a kid too from his 1st wife? So when are we ever going to hear about this kid, if I read it right? Just curious. It is well written and a good story line though, I just wonder how it is going to be Draco/ Hermione.

I'm so intrigued...oh my. Who is Sylvestra..who is the second wife? What is the deal with "her room"? It seems like its a shrine room of sorts? Perhaps to Hermione? What is the look between Draco and Narcissa? I love this story.

I like this, very well-written and emotionally complex. Also I like the Black Plague reference with the title. Nice work, can't wait to read more.
