This really is looking to be interesting. I like your strong Hermione. I can't wait to find out why he dumped her. If it's just because he was scared he was falling, that's pretty lame. Can't wait for more.

Strong 2nd chapter! I like the story so far...nice to see something other than the "and they fell madly in love and automatically lived happily every after" routine. Can't wait to read more!
