my heart is breaking for Hermione - and you just know she saw him supposedly kissing the woman in red..... which will make her think he was having an affair all along... when he probably wasn't at all.... has he been attacked by a werewolf? whats happening to him?

this is one of the best stories I have read in a very long time... get to it!!!

First of all you have a very well written story, seccond, I find your plot very interesting. I do not like a cheating Severus very much though, and enven if he managed to explain the meeting with AF to Hermione, I have some reservations about his behaviour. There were obviously something going on before the accident where he lost his memory, most signs suggest him cheating. He might not have, but something was wrong. You don't behave like that, or hurt someone you love like that for any reason, and Hermione should not accept him treating her like crap for "her greater good". Something was very wrong before the accident/attack, and Hermione should not let Severus back in her lift before she knows what caused his actions. He aint her father, but her husband, and honesty should be a rather important and necessary ingredients in such a relationship. If it was anything else than him cheating and not having the balls to tell her, he should have let her know what was going on no matter what!!! Seccond, a married man don't flirt/kiss other women in a public setting like this and prove to the world how little respect you have for your wife and marriage vows. Severus knows he is married, and AF most likely knows he is married, that she still found such behaviour acceptable, no matter what reason she claimed made it necessary, leds one to belive that Severus have given her permission to behave like this in the past and that tells a whole lot about the both of them.
I do look forward to see what the plot is, but cheating is among the unforgivables, so if Severus strayed, Hermione should divorce him and find happiness with someone who truly love and respect her!

I don't want to give away TOO much, but I will say that I completely agree with you, and that cheating is absolutely absolutely unforgivable in my book.

And since I love Sevvypoo... do you think I could really let him do something I despise?
I will only tell you that Snape really really HAD to lie and pretend, if you know what I mean.
Hopefully, I will make things okay with my explanation.
Lol and I hope I haven't made you hate the story or anything and lost a great reader =)

Poor Hermione - I did feel tears pricking my eyes when she took him home.....

that poor dear i nearly cryed. hermione is going to have to be strong! :) well now would be a really good time for severus to at least remember what he was doing there. poor hermione, she is just devastated that they were not on good terms and that she was getting annoyed that he was late for dinner then coming to find out that he was hurt just had to have put a knife in her heart! :) update soon and let us know what will becoming of our pair! :)
