I've never liked Ron, really. His basic insecurities make this sort of behavior extremely plausible to me as a character flaw in later life, especially with the Wizarding world's blatant misogyny. Your extension of marriage law giving the husband control of the wife's magic would be necessary to prevent all those witches from killing their husbands at the first opportunity; very logical in a sick, societal way. Please update soon!

Good Luck on you move. I just did that and I am still a little crazy right now. Love the new chapter, I still want something painful to happen to Ron! I am glad that Hermione does not have to stay with Ron anymore.
