*sigh* that was utterly brilliant. I was reading the last chapter going; no! not Ron! She can't end up with Ron! But the whole thing fit in with their character so well. Even the very last part of the epilogue. I loved the epilogue too. Typical Slytherin Draco buggering off to some unknown distant place until the whole thing is over. I absolutely loved this story, and I shall definitely keep it bookmarked so I can reread it at some point! I shall also be keeping up with you and Mr. N on LJ (I'm Robs55 over there). Hope Mr. N is OK!

I'm glad they got together in the end. This was a fabulous fic & I hope you'll write another one sometime in the future.

You frightened me missy, with Ron and Hermione getting married and everything looking so gloomy for our duo. (Draco holding on to her tie just broke my heart because that one moment was full of so many emotions.) I'm glad it ended with them together. Phew!

That's it? I was a huge fan up until the last 2 chapters, but I have to be honest and say that the ending was completely disappointing. It felt very rushed and you did a poor job of tying up the story's loose ends. Plus, the characterization seemed off. She just up and married Ron after all that? They never bothered to seek each other out during all those years? That strikes as cowardly, and very unlike the Hermione and Draco that you've represented.

Sorry, I don't usually write negative reviews, but considering that you're a talented writer, this is a huge letdown.

Damn you! My heart is breaking, here. They aren't going to end up together, are they? As awesome as this story is, I wouldn't have read it if I had known that it was going to be canon compliant. I know it's realistic that Draco and Hermione end up apart but screw realism--that's why we read fanfic!

But really--a magnificent story.
