Wow. I read the whole thing before reviewing. Very much a twist between the Harry Potter world and I AM LEGEND. I was glued to your story. I will definitely keep tabs on you for any future stories. Thank you so much for sharing.

Absolutely fantastic story! I love your gradual development of the relationship between Charlie and Hermione. The plot was absolutely riveting. I read this despite the fact that I'm not into zombie stories, but it turned out to be much more than that. I don't want to put any spoilers in - but I love that you went to the scariest part of the Harry Potter series and gave it backstory and even more depth. I also really appreciate that you tied all of your original magical ideas back into existing legends and myths. That made it feeling very JKR. I got shivers at the end when Charlie's name was on the scroll! Thanks so much for a great read.

This was beautifully written. I was wary of it at first, and I've seen it a few times. Once I actually finished reading it, I loved it. I only got confused a few times, with the Harry / Charlie battle. Other than that minor confusion, I loved it. This was an amazing read, and I'm honestly surprised there aren't more than 40 reviews.

5/5 stars. :)

I was going to wait until the end of the story to post a review, but chapter 13 was so incredible (and exactly halfway through the story) I thought I would make a few comments.

*The set up for this story is amazing. The creepy, end of the world feel gives me the chills. One of my favorite books is "The Stand" by Stephen King, and the first few chapters remind me of that. The Inferi brings forth images from "I Am Legend" which is a good thing. I love the mystery and how every time we get an answer for one thing, another question must be asked.

*Charlie Weasley - Wow. He is amazing. I absolutely adore him in this. The protector and loyal dragon keeper emerging as a leader and a deserving partner to our heroine. I think Hermione is a little too hard in this. I know she's going through a lot, but she seemed to have closed herself off the past 10 years. It's believable that she could isolate herself from her friends, but it makes me sad.

*The Malfoys - Lucius: creepy and yet something more is happening; Draco - awesome and sad to see go; Astoria - I like what I've seen so far. And poor Scorpius.

*Chapter 13 - I had to stop myself from scrolling down to the end because I was on pins and needles. I knew something was going to happen. The hospital scene was dark and creepy. Thank you for not describing what they saw through the nursery window. Although my imagination probably invisioned something worse. It was so suspenseful, and then then nothing happened, so I relaxed. And bam, magic sucking field arrives! Poor Theo. And I like how the group of ten has people from all four houses.

I read the whole thing in one sitting and once again I am blown away by your writing. The depth, emotion, kaleidscope of passion, flesh out characterizations/development just BLOW ME AWAY.

Your talent is just undescribable. I absolutely LOVED Out of the Silent Planet and then I find this treasure. There are no words. Thank you for creating and giving us something so moving, beautifully tragic that depicts our human fraility, fears and flaws. I was riveted.

There is no review I could give that would do justice at how I feel at this moment now that I have finished reading what I could only describe as an epic. This felt so well thought out and amazingly ingenious. The way your portrayed the characters of the HP universe were so captivatingly and at the same time heart wrenchingly REAL. This is by far the most original and thought out HP fanfiction I have ever read. It is few and far between when I can say that an author is of publishing calibre, but this proves that you could definitely do so. Thank you for one of the most enjoyable reads I have had in a long time.

Such a heart-felt and melancoly ending. They finally beat Voldemort and a price they did pay. Charlie Weasley as the hero is the most wonderful turn of this story. And I'm ever so glad they survived, even if they've not been able to move on. Excellent story!
