Ch. 34 New chapter! FINALLY! I'd almost forgotten this story; that's what a long hiatus will do.

I'm glad Harry is working on the bond, although he is hesitant to throw lethal spells. However, I fully understand Moody's attitude. Unlike that fake Moody Harry met, he's spent almost no time with Harry and thus doesn't care about him as a person. As a formidable fighter, Moody knows that, when fighting in a war, you use the weapons available to you and, when the others fail, you pull out the big guns. He doesn't want to use a teenager barely into manhood. But people are dying and Harry is the reason for it.

That scene with Malfoy was incredible. I certainly didn't trust him and was glad to see that Harry didn't either. However, Harry showed remarkable restraint in not blasting the ferret and I commend him for that. A good warrior knows when he doesn't have to kill.

Don't keep us waiting too long before the next chapter.

Go, Severus, go! That was the perfect way to get Voldemort to come where they want for the confrontation. Excellent chapter! Can't wait for the next update!

"What have you done?" He has broken the stalemate, once again listened to the voice of Fate, and gotten Voldie an excellent reason to come after them without having more lives being lost. I say it's a good thing he's done, and I can't wait to read the next part!

I'm so in love with this story it's ridiculous. Great job so far and I cannot wait for more!!

Hey Snow... I just started your story P&C tonight, and I must say, I am already hooked being four chapters into it. I love how you've made Sev the only one to realize the depth of Harry's emotional state and take charge of the situation because of that.

I loved the interactions between them on the train. It was really intense, and well written for the amount of tension between the two of them. I'm sad that you've killed off RW this early in the story, but it does make the severity of the situation all that more clearer to Harry. Poor Harry.

I loved the conversation that took place between Sev and Petunia. I laughed at the threats he's made against them. I hope that they're at least intellegent enough to treat Harry somewhat decently.

Getting there though, just starting chapter four and looking forward to reading so much more when I have the time to pick up on it again.

Alright... I SHOULD be in bed by now. It's 2AM and I couldn't just stop there, and it seems the two chapters I DID get through were even worse that what I could have left off at.

I am glad they got away just in time to finish that though, but damn, I was glued to my screen with anticipation of what was going to happen, and the emotions you've managed to have Severus portray and yet still keep him IC due the the situation is just mind boggling and awe inspiring. The way you've managed to capture their heart shattering emotions and portray the events kept me on the edge of my seat, but this is it for the night. I'll pick up again tomorrow if I get the chance to read for a bit again. Can't stay up all night every night.

I'm LOVING your story though, and I'm looking forward to reading more from you.

Damn I thought I was wordy, but I've got nothing on you. It took me two days to read this. I laughed I cried, several times. You've written a terrribly angst filled story that at times is completely depressing. I am glad you finally had our boys get together properly.

I can't say this has been an enjoyable read. This is a good thing, you've created wonderfully rich characters and convey emotions in a truly real and gritty way. Thankyou for putting so much into this masterpiece. I will definitely be reading to the end, whenever that may be and however long it takes.

Keep up your stunningly creative and wonderfully dreadfully real work.
(All of this is complimentary, this isn't a fluffy happy story so just saying it's great is an insult to you and all your hard work)

Whoot! update! and awww Severus and Lupin are actually getting along a little! whoot! I'm glad for the Harry/Hermione thing too. I hope things keep going well, they deserve their happiness as long as they can get it.

i'm so happy to see a new chapter. this story is simply beautiful, and i can't wait to see how it ends. write more soon please! :)
