Wow! Can I just say wow!!! I have spent days reading this story in one go with barely any sleep, waking only to read this story anew. I didn't even feel like this with the Deathly Hallows. This should have been the real Harry Potter story. I have cried so much. and laughed and cried and read till my eyes hurt. Thank so much for writing this. I truly believe you are one of the most talented writers on this site and u should consider writing for real(novels) if u are not already doing so. Please please update soon!!

Wow!!! i just read the entire fanfic in 3 sittings and i can't believe the cliff hanger you left me with!!!! Please please please you can't really kill him!!! please let whatever Hermione has be damn usefull and bring him back from the absolute brink!!! *slowly dies*
But! other than the cliffy i have to say i love the style of your writing and your severus is one of the best i've ever read even down to the not-a-frienship-damnit with remus :) Harry is sweet and i love how clueless he was but it was also very in character for him to be so clueless lol... i love your dreams with ron and how your Hermione responds to most everything (even trying to kiss harry) i've laughed at all your monty python referances and cried when the sad things happened you've pulled me utterly and completely into this world and i can only hope after this is done that you continue to write in such a wonderful and involved manner that effects our hearts so greatly... (i also loved your fic the shadow of the other which i actually read before i started this and it lead me to this wonder) Thank you for the journey so far! and i know i'm going to be checking for updates every day now.... here's hoping your plot bunnies dont run away on you and that you write quickly! :)

Ch. 37 While this was unexpected, I still feel sorrow--not for the inevitable ending but for Harry's likely despair. In spite of your trepidations, the battle scene was excellently crafted. Even that brief hallucination felt right, a temporary false oasis of peace amidst the bloodshed.

I have never cried so much reading fan fiction as I did during this chapter. You captured the utter despair and sadness so completely.

I love this story. I've actually cried several times, it's so beautifully written. Can't wait for the next chapter! That cliff hanger at the end of chapter 36 is driving me nuts!
