ch22&23 - fantastic chapters. heartbreakingly angsty w/o any whining. love the intensity of their defense of each other. surely SS will recognize H's constancy?!

Wow! I just found this a day and a half ago and read it straight through (blowing off looking for a job like I really should be doing). This is EPIC! I love the story so far and want MORE! Sounds like you have it pretty mapped out, but I think it would be hilarious for Harry to toy with Snape a bit by sending him overwhelming/overpowering/incapacitating desire. I think Harry may not have much desire to survive the final battle if he stays too miserable. Severus may be serving the dark lord afterall.

.............Oh........My...........Gosh........There are no words that can truly describe how amazing this story is. I. Absobloodylutely. LOVE. It. It was really depressing at first, and I could only read maybe one chapter at a time (I don't do well with depressing. I love it, if it ends well, but I don't do well with it. ^_^). But, as the story moved on, I slowly learned to love it soooo much more. It's awesome. It's moving. It is very well written (Thank you to the betas!). It's the kind of story that I can come home and read a chapter of after a bad day and be happy. It really pulls you in and I really love the long chapters. Thank you (and anyone who helps with it) so very, very much for sharing your *fill in awesome adj here* story with all of us and please see it through to the end. It's so very annoying when authors just stop partway through a story and don't update and come back years later saying, "Sorry! I don't like/don't remember where I was going with this so I'm just going to delete it/not finish it!"

The first words out of my mouth after I finished reading this chapter was, "wow, that requires a review". Poor Harry. Poor Severus! I tell you, after the wait for 22, I have to say it was one hell of an update. I have eyeliner ALL AROUND my eyes right now. My God...really, just absolutely astounding. Your best chapter to date, I'm sure. I cannot wait for what is to come with chapter 23. Happy writing.
