I just finished chapter 22. I really liked this story in the beginning. While I'm not a big fan of character deaths, it was a creative way to get them together.
But I think your chapters are kinda long... I know some people like long chapters, but when it takes an hour to get through just one I don't always have time for that. Also, lately you've been dragging things out. Like the last three chapters, you've been going back and forth saying basically the same thing over and over again just using different words. I can't really remember any specific examples, but Dumbledore's conversation with Fate and the argument between Harry and Severus just seemed to drag on and on with very little being said.
I like the angst and Snape not thinking himself worthy, but that too has dragged on a bit. At this point in the story since Harry wasn't under the influence of anything when he consented I would've expected Snape to be a bit more torn about it rather than so firmly against it. Maybe that's just me.
All in all you have a good story though. It's different than all the rest and I can't wait to see what happens next.

First, do let me congratulate you on a truly mesmerising story! You already had Chap 26 posted when I chanced upon it, just one or two tiny points though... Would I be correct in assuming that either you or your beta's are from the States? Nothing wrong with that; however, like me, Harry et al, are English, that is to say native users of UK English rather than American English, and none of us would ever say 'mom', it's just not something we would ever do (unless writing dialogue for an American character, obviously). I noticed it in one of the earlier chapters and it grated against my appreciation of your otherwise entrancing tale like fingernails down a blackboard. The other point is 'treaded', again spotted in one of the earlier chapters. No, no, no! Regardless of how it might be written outside of the sceptered isles, the past tense of the verb 'to tread' is TROD...
Should you ever consider employing an additional eye to view your Potter-ese before posting, might I humbly offer my services? I just feel that it would be a crying shame to leave any such distractions in what has otherwise been consistently excellent and thoroughly entertaining. In fact, I'm currently up well past my bedtime just because I couldn't resist reading 'just one bit more'... So if I fall asleep at my desk tomorrow, I shall know where to point the finger (me, for being too daft to realise that I should have gone to bed before midnight, and left some for tomorrow!)
In keen anticipation of the next chapter, and best wishes

wow, this story was amazing!!!! well...IS amazing XD
i started reading this yesterday and literally couldn't stop!
the storyline is absolutely wonderful, it caught my eye and just wouldn't stop pulling me in :D
and you've captured the emotions of all the characters wonderfully
i especially loved snape's reasoning for not wanting to be with harry (it makes sense, not in an overly cheesey sense, but real-world sense)
lol, these last few chapters had me bawling my eyes out (but that's a good thing)
please please please update soon, i simply can't wait to read more!!! you and your betas are doing a brilliant job with this story!
p.s. could you add me to your mailing list, please? email: sweetdesserts1234@live.com
thanks <3

wow... well i must say that for every fan section there are works that are good. rare works that are above par from the good stories and then there is the gem of each existing fanfiction section. i will admit i am fairly new to the snarry section and have only combed 12 of the 85 pages but so far u r the gem of this section and i so appreciate the plot and suspence. u make my plot demon sing with all the twists, turns, innovation and rarely straying from the characters original personality that i honestly can't wait for the next chapter. oh n love the humor. thnks for the thrilling experience. until next time. viva la vida!

To have Remus ask that after that whole mess, I think I would have laughed hysterically too. How much longer can Severus truly hold out? He is literally fighting Fate AND a good thing on this one. They were so happy before, I want Severus to get over himself and go back to that happiness. Slytherins are supposed to take advantage of situations that arise in their favor, and Severus is definitely not acting very Slytherin at the moment. I wonder what it truly will take for him to come to his senses.
