Funny how she still thinks of him as a "Grandpa" from his disposition. Due in large part, no doubt from being locked up all day with the potion fumes. Please keep the chapters coming. I am completle enamored of this story and am salivating for more.

I read last night without the first two letters and understand much better now what the hell was going on. I now feel inclined to sign all my notes 'the Wench'. I love how Snape keeps thinking of her as a student, testing her. And how very, well, Slytherin, it is to deny his upsetting her owl. Cheeky bastard!

Great story. I'm loving the letters - you've really captured their personalities well. I can't wait for the BIG REVEAL - Hermione's going to flip when she finds out Simon is Severus and he has known who she was from day one. Woot!
